There was a mother arrested and her daughter placed in protective custody after she complained that her daughter's seat was covered in vomit on a flight with Frontier.

Rosetta Swinney, 53, was boarding a flight to Raleigh-Durham with her 14-year-old daughter when she complained to the staff about the condition of her daughter's seat. Swinney told the Frontier Airlines staff that her daughter's seat was covered in vomit.

There was already a delay on the aircraft and Swinny said that the crew wanted to send her and her daughter to opposite sides of the jet while the vomit was cleaned up.

The airline claims that Swinney became disruptive and they were forced to remove her from the aircraft. When speaking to ABC News, Swinney said, "What really hurt me is for my child to see me getting handcuffed and taken away from her. Twelve hours I was in jail. Twelve hours."

The Swinneys were spending the Easter holiday in Nevada to attend a wedding.
